Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GovConTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You may use GovConTrack solely for lawful business purposes related to federal contracting.
  • You may not use GovConTrack to store, process, or transmit classified government information.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from GovConTrack systems.
  • You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

3. No Warranty on Contract Awards

GovConTrack provides decision-support tools only. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of GovConTrack will result in winning any government contract. All bid/no-bid recommendations, scoring, and proposal outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute procurement, legal, or financial advice.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
  • Stripe processes all payments; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Intellectual Property

GovConTrack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GovConTrack and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovConTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
